Everyone is really funny. If you read a lot of these boards everyone talks about suing. They say they are getting a lawyer, then lets make it a class action suit, someone coordinate getting the money together etc because unless its a sure thing only a starving lawyer will do this and u will be paying up front.

So rarely do these things come to fruition.

If MO and IBRC did break the rules (and no one knows until more information is out) the only recourse is flooding the SEC with complaints and showing all the documentation to get them to have no choice but to investigate and right now i dont think people have a whole lot other than some conjecture that it was criminal. Down the road, maybe.

People need to sell or chill out until more info. If u sell now, u can still file because all these supposed actions occurred while u own it, imo.

Until then, i am patiently waiting for the outcome which i believe will turn out beneficial to everyone that has shares.

If not, someone can post the SEC link and i will submit too.
