I'll wait as long as it takes for new. No real worries. That being said, there are several factors that lead me to believe we'll see something sooner rather than later:

* The pr 3 weeks ago stated: "The Company intends to file consolidated financial statements reflecting the acquisition during the next two weeks." Even though they've obviously surpassed that two week period, there's a reason this was added to the PR, imo.

* The company is offering shares to its employees at $0.10 with warrants for $0.15. This offer expires in July. This would seem to indicate that the share price would be well above $0.10 in the not too distant future.

My sense is that the way this company operates is more like a military operation strategically taking territory as it goes, according to a well established and understood plan. In this case, one that's been 10 years in development from the sounds of it. This is different from what I see in other companies, especially on the OTC.

I could be wrong of course, but I'm still sensing news could come any day. For all we know, they have the financials and a PR waiting to go the moment FINRA approves the name & ticker change.
