New management takes over, announces NO REVERSE SPLIT or Dilution... goes from .0001 to .001... reduces overall shares... launches new website... intends a company share buy back, intends a personal CEO purchase of shares, opens a location in China, signs an agreement with a mutli billion $ company... and we are trading at .001!!!
