I'm confused on how the shareholder will get screwed? I'm wondering does Nasrat by converting his common shares to Preferred take away an additional 158 million shares of the AS count???

If so, that's not a horrible deal right now. I'll take this deal over having to vote on adding additional shares to the OS right now. I get Nasrat gets 20% on the deal but how much additional dilution would a LPC deal entail??? A company like LPC requires a large number of free shares and they dump them on the market immediately tanking the PPS quickly.

And if there are "additional" shares freed up on the AS count, then there may be the possibility of using those shares for a partnering deal.

Fear Uncertainty and Doubt FUD It Ain't Going To Work Here Anymore. Notice the lack of question mark.
