The "negotiated" number is the value of the company. Typically, the buyout is between 3 and 4 times the revenue of the company, minus debt. The difference between 3 and 4 times is 150-200 million so that final number could go so many different ways. A few months ago I figured it would be around 17. Now with the improved revs, the good litigation news, and future potential of silenor OTC, I think it's up from there.

The bottom line is Sedor knows what he's doing. He's the sole reason myself (and many others) initially bought in. This is what he does and this is likely his swan song. His reputation is remarkable and he's not going to tarnish it now. Do I expect 30? Whew, that's going to be tough. But, 34 is the number where Sedor gets his options realized, and if anyone can do it, it's him.
