Unfortunately in almost every case an rs in the otc or pinks doesn't occur until all outstanding shares are exhausted after total dilution so that the company can then do it all over again in order to raise more capitol by fleesing the shareholders. Usually within months or even weeks the share price drops right back to the pre rs level.
