it's not dilution, it's mm's pushing naked short volume through vndm (37%). see: http://otcshortreport.com/?index=ELTZ&action=view

Same thing happened with ENDV. Only started pushing back up with more investor accumulation, breaking the naked shorts. Need retail to stop selling off and just wait for news, no reason wait/flip.

A few people here have had conversations with the CEO this week- they're not converting any more shares he said
