So there goes your theory that the bankruptcy courts will create delays for the noteholders to take control of the assets. If you feel so stongly that PP acted wrongly get in touch with Echo and tell Alan you are willing to pay the legal fees to proceed in the bankruptcy courts.Echo does not have the funds so you can not expect Alan to pay out of his pocket the legal fees.This is your opportunity to stand up for all your posturing about PP, Goldbergs and the noteholders.
