Of course CCTI will ultimately have to pay in shares. I see three options:
1) Given enough time, Eves could sell shares slowly, minimizing the impact.
2) Sign over the shares now and watch the pps fall off the cliff when the Soffins dump all 3.97M shares on Monday.
3) Take out another convertible loan that they can't pay, then the bank dumps the shares later on.
