asus - the SEC is just as dirty as the naked short sellers. Watch this presentation (everyone investor should):

Sellers like NITE drive many small companies into the ground with their relentless naked shorting (and they never plan to cover unless they absolutely have to).

The SEC just turns a blind eye and 1) grandfathers the problem away or 2) fails to acknowledge the seriousness of the situtaion, and fails to propose any effective solutions.

I'm long on SLJB because it looks like they are implementing a plan to 'get even' with the MM's and their naked shorting, rather than only just 'getting mad' at them
