Midport: The stock will continue to trade on May 1, as usual. This is how it works:

1. May 1: IFON remains listed and trades as usual.
2. May 2: IFON receives the usual delisting letter. IFON remains listed.
3. IFON requests panel hearing within seven days. This halts the delisting process.
4. The hearing takes place (maybe in the next 4 weeks or so). IFON remains listed until the hearing date.
