Absolutely not. The Bankruptcy Court documents are very clear - all old AmeriResource equity, including common shares, was cancelled.

ARIOQ is worthless.

The documents are public record and available to everyone.

The others just confirmed what we already know, but feel free to contact them yourself if you don't believe the Federal Court.
