I would believe Maglan Capital. They would have a good idea of what is going on, and no reason to mislead people. In the past when they called a rise in short interest(Jan 2017), the numbers posted 2 weeks later coincided with his information.

Shorts are hooped on this stock, they can't cover it no one is willing to selling, so they sell some more!!
