I didn't see anyone putting money/CC into the machine. Or getting change. I didn't see one continuous shot of the machine actually working. Or anything being verified.

It says verification time is two seconds and that video does not show a finger in the reader for two seconds so that video does not show the AGM doing the actual verification process. Other sources (http://www.m2sys.com/blog/vascular-biometrics/the-hitachi-finger-vein-reader-%E2%80%93-bells-whistles-and-more/) say that the LED light on top will flash green when verification is complete. Funny, I don't see that happening even though you can clearly see the light on the close up.

And in order to know that it works, you need to see it rejecting someone.
