For the past, what 5yrs+ one COULD NOT purchase shares through Ameritrade due to the DTC chill imposed on the NEOM ticker.

Well, the tape hit right off the bat w/ now the largest share volume day in years and L2 is more orderly than I've seen in, forever.

So, I just called them to find out the scoop. Confirmed by Ameritrade's trading desk...

DTC CHILL LIFTED and anybody can now purchase NEOM shares through Ameritrade.

Undeniable that SOMETHING is brewing w/ NEOM, no matter who is the current patent assignor.

BTW...Would the owner of a patent be called/designated the "Assignor" of the patent and the USPTO would show such?
