Observation: In reading thru the law cases it appears to me that BNXR prevailed. Yet Mr. Beckett became the President of BNXR. In review of the cases (I just posted, 2 of them) it seemed like there was considerable conflict between BNXR and Mr. Beckett at the time.

So, the fact that afterwards Mr. Beckett becomes the President of the company, well........................

Makes one step back and ask WHY? WHY WOULD THIS BE?

Given the outcome of the law cases.

Perhaps I looked at things incorrectly? I don't think I did.

TO ME THAT IS A HUGE POSITIVE FOR THOSE INVESTED HERE IMHO!!
