Ok folks, I live and work in the heart of oil country, bottom line is production has risen dramatically, and the amount of refining space hasn't kept up. Lots have been upgraded, and expanded but it hasn't been enough , new ones have to, and will be built. Will MMEX be one of those, time will tell.
