Eltz: They have announced a DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT as a majority ownership in a oil related subsidiary that has revenues north of 30 mil annually.

95 OS lol. No dilution 70 million float, ungagged TA

Already valued currently at .15 via a very descriptive Sterling post!! Now add 30 million plus in revenues and another May closed acquisition. Yes that's correct, wow factor.
