Friend of friend. Had been in a couple of his public deals before and made good money. Heard Yates just was a micro manager and thought too small and narrow minded. Big disagreements over funding and how to do it the right way. Yates and sheya were the board and wouldn't give up control. Sad as I lost money on a good product but a silly ass management tram
