The low was 0.0006 and the high was 0.0007. On that day 94.1% of trades were at 0.0007 (higher percentage if you include the 61 million shares that were posted at 0.0007 after the close). The question to me is why didn't the price rise with that much buying--the stock price actually closed down that day because the last trade was at the bid.
