Regarding your comment "The R/S for sure will take it down temporarily" that's simply not true. There have been numerous companies that have had explosive stock growth post-R/S as a result of proper timing (PCLN, for example). And keep in mind, Tony doesn't have to do the split...it's even written in the def14a. The upcoming SHM vote will be to determine IF there will be a split, not when, and even if the vote is a majority "Yes" (which I strongly believe it will be), there does not have to be a split at any point.
