Good assessment of the CEO demeanor. He must allocate his time efficiently to grow the business, not spend it parrying with impatient investors (who invariably tend to ask repetitive questions reflecting short term thinking). Everyone wants his time, whether they are employees, customers, politicians or the public, however we don't need this kind of personal handholding. The results he delivered both recently and will deliver in the coming quarter are going to do more to compensate us than any kind of stroking he gives us over the phone or e-mail.
