This is the very same old crap Goldberg has used multiple times all to be validated on the "NOPE" list. Always we are negotiating or we are entering, or we have entered into a joint venture with etc., etc. To INOH making a call and pitching a deal constitutes a solidified J.V. deal. Any creditable company that has their attorney's do the vetting on just what INOH is and who Goldberg really is, are going to make a fast exit. Perhaps at best Goldberg offered them a proposition where he and Alvarez would become door-to-door salesmen for the company. Thats probably beyond their capabilities. Folks, Goldberg is a hard core penny stock con-artist. Nothing more, nothing less. This is how he makes his dirty living.
