The "market" thats spoken is a thinly traded otc market which is vulnerable to swings in share price on the slightest pressure in either direction.

If Google stock fell 30% after a call, you could deduce the market has spoken. Not on a penny stock where cheap shares from debt conversions became available for sale and can temporarily influence the market.

For example, if I had 3m shares recently come available for sale with a cheap cost basis, I could depress the KRED market easily until they were all sold. Id especially become an aggressive seller when volume was increasing. Remember these lenders are in business to make profits. They dont care much about fundamentals... its just a transaction
