'fair'? it Fairly to say that the BID/ASK prices are showing the results of what happens when a Stock becomes officially halted as MM's are no longer listed within its dedicated 'L2' View, the Bid/Ask numbers are just showing random useless values.

However if NEOM becomes released for trading again, then the "Real" Bid/Ask numbers would be updated with their accurate then-current values, which would be at or less than what was shown prior to the recent FIRNA halt.

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
