That they might consider some type of private offering to existing shareholders at some point (if they cant get traditional funding) If they can get the PPS substantially higher I cant see any reason why shareholders would mind being involved. Personally, I would welcome it if the offering was below PPS and they asked me to participate.

A company with this kind of growth so far and the prospects for more organic growth from the marketing and media operations based on compensation via commissions only might actually work out alright even being tight on cash for awhile. Somebody posted that they retain 30% of their profits--this I do not know for sure. If their sales force is continually motivated and successful we are going to be fine. My wondering is about the printing acquisition---if they paid 3X sales for it we might be in the slumper a bit near term.
