A bank would be much more likely to make a loan to "THE SHORT CABAL" than to a Geriatric Clown bleeding a money-hemorrhaging microcap dry through compensation to the founders.

Just a wild guess, but I'd reckon that running up an $80M deficit while failing to achieve a single one of their publicized milestones over a 12-year period wouldn't make NNVC a choice loan applicant.
