Luckily,... they don't need to go to a Bank for a loan at present - since they did some very timely financing a couple years back and still had ~$19.4 MM cash on hand in December, and only are burning through ~$2-3 MM/Quarter,...

So that is the problem with the scenario being presented here,...

By the time they 'burn' that (ballpark) ~$15 MM they probably have on hand effective end of April 2017 down to the point where they have financing they might need to do,...

They'll have HerpesCides in Clinical testing and the scenario being presented will be quite different,....

Bank: "Tell us about your previous successes in commercializing drugs"

Seymour: "Have you heard of our recent successful TOX testing and our Phase I testing for our anti-Herpes Topical treatments?"

Bank: "Well that satisfies me Dr. Seymour! How much money do you think you might need in order to build up production and get a Phase III trial underway!"
