definately best to wait until AFTER the SHM and for sure AFTER the R/S.
Obviously this company and its management is lacking trust by the investors/market.
Personally I don't expect answers to the most important questions at the SHM such as:
-how do they intent to finance the certification process?
-how do they want to finance the lease?
-what is the timline for the next steps towards certification?
-how does the confirmed and solid business plan looks like?

I certainly wait to reinvest until after the R/S...if at all!
