Doesn't seem to be anything on their website that would indicate that EzyCloud Technology Holding is publicly trade-able and the business description on OTCM says they "ceased providing services to customers and other activities that generate revenue".

It looks like they just uplisted to the OTCQB in March so something is probably happening, but I have no idea what it is or who is buying.

Share structure was just updated, it's one of those that could run big time IF they want to go that route but it seemed like there were some awfully quick whacks yesterday as it got over $1.50.
