True, but when you are a micro-cap company on the OTC you have more reason for concern, not sure he's paralyzed, decisions have been made, progress continues.

Not exactly right, the company needs funding to run operations which doesn't come directly from longs, CSC has kept us going without major dilution, though that seems to have changed recently....hopefully for the better!

the whole point was that Kim is not doing trying to do this swiftly, he is doing it right in his view and with focus on keeping this company going and moving towards success.
