The 1 SEIL to 8 PMEA shares seems rational enough...the valuation for PM&E was around 1.3 million and the same for EVADA (part of PMEA) was around 12 million...so selling EVADA to SEIL would imply PMEA lost 1/8th its value and thus the SEIL shares...however, whether SEIL share valuation would be affected by this dilution remains to be seen...clearly, according to the company, PMEA shares were undervalued considerably...SEIL had 200 million shares O/S...PMEA's 5.6 billion shares divided by 8 adds 700 milion shares to SEIL's total and brings it to 900 million...so if all things remain the same, SEIL's market cap should go up to around 45 million, or a 35 million jump...the discrepancy is that by PMEA's own account it was worth around 12 million...
