CNN is a Global News Outlet (viewers in 212 countries and territories).The CNN article (Re: GHSA/FAAR report) bodes well for the global need of a Controlled Substances Breathalyzer. That is the most relevant point of the article IMO.
The Governors Highway Safety Association is a big deal. Governors dictate the who/what/when/why/where/how anyone gets a THC Breathalyzer on their state roads. Like California and Colorado etc etc...
