That is not true. Not every company says in its report that "You will experience dilution of your ownership interest because of the future issuance of additional shares of our common stock or our preferred stock."

Name 1 company with that "standard" language in its latest 10-K because I know a bunch that don't have it written in. OWCP is the only one with dilution highlighted in its latest filing. It also has been happening, and happening fast.
