140 k note lets say 200k to pay it back is 7-10 million shares. It won't put a dent in this stock lol. Thats 10-20 buyers to take that out.

My guess is this note is to pay for all the filings, permits, fees etc. Why in the world would he pay out of pocket when he can get a loan?
