Nothing is lost may 9th.

Someone else out there would have to be dying for this name and waiting to pounce on the expired reservation.

The status of that name will go from reserved to available. Available for anyone, including themselves. And nobody is stealing that stupid name which is as confusing as ubiquitech, as there is no connection to their brand.

They will be able to reclaim it any time between now and infinity.
