Nope - read what you posted:

Infractions in code, Crimes and Public Offenses.

Speeding is NOTT a crime, it is a public offense - a CIVIL violation.

One doesn't get PROBATION for speeding.

Probation only happens after a CRIMINAL conviction and is in lieu of prison - if the probation is VIOLATED then the CONvict can be sent to prison to serve the remainder of the probation term behind bars, or some portion of the term.

Again, speeding is a CIVIL violation and nott a crime. One gets a speeding ticket and need nott even appear in court. Most people know this. Driving over the speed limit is nott a crime, it does nott result in PRISON time, for which PROBATION is in lieu of. Reckless driving is a crime, and if one is driving 100 in a 25 mph zone, then THAT is reckless driving and is a crime. Normal speeding is nott a crime.

And ArrestEd is on PROBATION and his criminal charges (DUI/drugs/illegal firearm/violation of probation/etc.) from his four arrests in 7 months and numerous serious charges haven't even been adjudicated yet!
