Speeding is a civil offense, nott a crime. You pay a fine and perhaps have restricted driving privileges.

Know anybuddy who has gotten speeding tickets? Any of them wind up with criminal probation as a result? No. You needn't even go to court, simply pay the civil fine. Same with running a red light.

The ONLY way you gett probation is if you are a CONvicted CRIMINAL.

Like for DUI. Which is a CRIMINAL and nott a CIVIL offense like speeding or parking tickets.

ArrestEd is a CONvicted CRIMINAL, and nott simply a 'speeder'.
