1. Reversal Merger
I know right, took over a shell that is sized for a holding company with the level of assets that is coming in, cool right

2. More than EV company
Good question there, the best answer would be public holding company with at minimum one EV subsidiary (ZJMY). More than that is why we care about audited financials at all.

3. The potential to be a billion dollar company
Yes. But my 21 year old brother has the 'potential' to be president (in 14+ years), sure doesn't mean it will definitely happen (god help us if it did) In this case my money is on DOLV (JB&ZJMY) over my brother.

4. they are working on fins news as we speak

7. It is ok not to know the location of manufacturing facility. Just believe. Many websites say things are going to be great.
Not sure if this is a question so...I would go look wherever Chery manufactures their vehicles parts, I personally do not feel thats worth my time, but the board really welcomes good DD hunters so would you?

8. Don't ask for the address of the company in china even though the address on the otc markets web is wrong.

Don't let calls for news get you down, news comes when news comes. Tbh the longer the delay the tighter a chart will usually coil. One of the reasons OTC has such dramatic pps rises to begin with.

10. Visiting china. Proof of China visit. The owners are great. What a drama!
Yeah, my favorite bit of DD, hearing that the two ex-pat directors (and shareholders) have a clear sight-line to where real public companies list in the US and their level of execution in the past months, let alone years tell me they can do it.

11. "Intends" means not within two weeks but months

I see the problem, you want to go at that backwards. First you hit the ask hard at dips during the days without news and then news comes.
