why does this not make any sense...PMEA is going to be part of SEIL...8 shares of PMEA for 1 share of SEIL that is trading at 0.052/0.08...1/8th of 0.052 is 0.0065 which is 10 times current price...what is wrong with this picture ? SEIL prices during the past 6 mos has been all over the place...is SEIL a legitimate co. ???
