Not good my friends, 12% on a 145K Note and wants to borrow 450Mil? MMEX has absolutely no Business Credit and neither does Maple. As a CPA I can tell you if you have to pay 12% on a Note as a Business there are Credit issues. How they are going to borrow the 450 Mil I just don't see it happening after this. Now we have additional Dilution. I was hoping for better News. GLTA
