Merger...
plain old merger. Yes, technically as Consultech is private they would reverse merge into Sulja. Maybe Steve was talking from Consultech's perspective, but he shouldn't be doing that. He should only be talking from SLJB's perspective, hence the misuse of Reverse Merger.
