CRCL * 100M A/S ultra small ss * shell company without current filing or business * speculation for possible full the Shell with new business like Marijuana wir R/M. Thats the lotto play. last weeks 5-40 x higher volume like long term avg volume. might boarding before something big. we will see. I play it for possible $0.1 $0.3 gain on R/M. zero volume = zero dilution. great sign. any volume and booommmmm
