Please keep in mind a21694 that while some would have you believe that 50 million shares is only 3% of the outstanding, that is not really the relevant reference number. In their attempt to minimize the significance of the buyback, they are not mentioning the 1.6 BILLION plus shares that the Stefanovic family owns plus some additional insider shares that are locked. So the 50 million share buyback is actually not too far from 8% (EIGHT) of the existing float. A bit deceptive if you ask me. And that's not insignificant in this particular case. And that buyback is ongoing each day according to Mr Stefanovic.

And I would further point out that when a wealthy family owns this large a proportion of the shares that they are very unlikely to let it fail.
