while there is no way to prove or disprove the document based on its graphical content that I know of.. the timing of this document sure is impeccible. Mind you the bonds that are implied in that C&D order were just published this past month. Is Steven Canady really that impatient that he waits a few weeks before issuing a C&D? And if he is an impatient person, then why is he even investing in this company?
Wouldn't a phone call do with a threatening message saying that he would pull funding be just as effective if not more so?
