Sorry guys...neither of you win the prize today. If PPHM is bought out...it won't be for $1 bullion or $3 a share. Minimum is about $25 billion and it will likely be shares and some cash. I know, sounds outlandish to a daytrader, but not to those who understands really what PPHM really has here. $25 billion would be a steal, but considering the real work still lies ahead for the aquirer, it would be a fair price.
