My question was will chafitz bill, forcing the GSEs to be subject to foia rules, give the gvt some kind of a case to start arguing that the GSEs are NOT private, as the 9th circuit declared? Meaning...is this whole foia bill just a disguised effort to boost the gvt's case that it should be able to do whatever it wants with to the GSEs?

And does the detailed language of the chafitz bill, by any chance, provide fuel for the gvt to challenge that 9th circuit ruling that declares the GSEs private?

Or am i too paranoid?
