It would be a grave mistake to go it alone with exosomes. Peregrine does not have marketing expertise to make it happen. In the least, they need to work with a distribution channel. There are many case studies where the best product on market falls flat because of mis-management. I hope Peregrine can finally see this. Again, if they had more skin in the game they may not go it alone. Utilize a partner who is established in the marketplace.
