$1.50 getting hit, 52 week high now.

The filings really don't give any insight into what is happening with this, the merger was back in Jan 2016 but the latest Q and K still show this as a shell so it's hard to say if Ezy Cloud is really bring rolled into this.

Perhaps they sold the shell and there is going to be a change of control?? Or maybe they are finally getting around to bringing in buyers....I have no idea....but someone is buying this right now.
