Hey guys if you want me to fill out the S13 filing I'll do it but I don't think I own 5% yet. I called Ameritrade and they said for .pk stocks it's optional if you want to disclose your position publically even owning >=5% . Once you do it, you must say when you buy and sell too. Have to think about that one.
